Crosby Government Solutions provide Kentucky Flood Relief

Beginning on July 26, 2022, a severe weather system generating multiple rounds of heavy torrential rain, creating flooding, flash flooding, mudslides, and landslides impacted the Commonwealth of Kentucky; creating dangerous conditions and damage to public infrastructure, utility distribution systems, and private properties. Crosby Government Solutions immediately deployed teams to assist with temporary housing or non-congregate sheltering with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

This short documentary was filmed on location and describes the disaster response process and outcome as we continue to help in Eastern Kentucky.

Success Stories

Emergency response work following Hurricane Ida

Representative Clay Higgins praised Crosby’s accomplishments in their emergency response work following Hurricane Ida. The statement was made as part of a series of questions to the Deputy Administrator of FEMA in hearings on the FEMA workforce conducted by the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Emergency Preparedness, Response and Recovery.

Transportation During Oil and Gas Crisis

Crosby provided security and transportation when executives of several major oil and gas companies attended a conference in New Orleans, Louisiana. They later escorted the executives to meetings and drilling sites in the Gulf of Mexico. These services were provided cooperatively by Crosby and its security partner Alpha Executive Services. 100% of Alpha Executive Services employees are law enforcement and military veterans.

Community Commitment

Crosby has a commitment to the communities where we work. This is a specific pledge to hire a substantial number of local employees on our projects and to contract for services with local businesses and community groups when possible. 50% of staff on the Kentucky Recovery Project were tornado survivors. 80% of the staff of the Hurricane Ida Project were displaced by that hurricane.
